| How many colors can I pick? |
Hoffmaster Hot Stamp napkins are one color only.

| What is the plate charge? |
When you have an image printed on your napkin,
Hoffmaster must make a printing plate. Each plate
charge is $31.

| Are there shipping charges? |
Yes, you are charged $7 per case for freight.
We will ship your order via Fed Ex ground
within 6-7 business.

What type of images
can I upload for my Hot Stamp
napkin? |
We prefer high resolution eps files, but we will
also accept pdf, jpg, and tiff files. Again, please
notes that your Hot Stamp napkin image will be
one color. |
How long will I have to wait to
receive my Hot Stamp order? |
Please allow 6 business days for orders
received by noon CST and 7 business
days for orders and artwork received after noon. |
How large will my image
be when printed on the napkin? |
Beverage image maximum size:
-3" x 3-3/4"
Luncheon image maximum size:
-3" x 3-3/4" |
Will I get to see my napkin
before I order it? |
No. No sketches will be sent. Hoffmaster
reserves the right to determine the placement of
verbiage and images on all Hot Stamp napkins.
All text will appear on the napkin exactly how
customers enter and submit it to us. |
| Will you make any changes? |
Hoffmaster reserves the right to edit and make
changes for printability. If there are any questions
or concerns about an image Hoffmaster customer
service may contact you for further information
regarding your Hot Stamp order. |
| Can I make returns? |
No, all sales are final. |
What is the minimum order
quantity? What's the maximum? |
Order minimums are 50 napkins. The maximum is
10,000 napkins. |
Can I place an order if I'm outside
the U.S.? |
For all orders placed online, shipping must be
within the U.S. For all orders shipped outside the
U.S. please contact our customer service
department to place your order.
