Hoffmaster Implements Environmental Initiatives

Hoffmaster, the market innovator of premium disposable tabletop products, is committed to being environmentally conscious throughout their facility, during the manufacturing process and with the products being offered. We are working diligently to provide customers with information regarding environmental initiatives and products.
Hoffmaster strives to ensure their manufacturing processes allow for maximum energy efficiency and waste reduction. The following are just some of the areas determined to have a positive environmental impact:
Suppliers are evaluated to make sure raw materials are responsibly sourced. Raw material waste is recycled at the end of the manufacturing process. Product packaging has been reconfigured, where possible, for maximum cube efficiencies.

Hoffmaster has formed an energy team consisting of members of their staff, along with representatives from Wisconsin Public Service and Wisconsin Focus on Energy. Their main charter is to identify energy savings opportunities throughout the facility, plant, warehouses and office.

Earth Wise is an environmentally friendly tissue based product which has excellent dry strength and high absorbency. Earth Wise products are tested to ensure that they meet stringent environmental standards. Available in beverage, dinner or dispenser napkins and guest towels with the recycled symbol and message printed on each napkin.
Decorator dinner and beverage napkins are now available in a color called Natural. This 1 ply decorator offering is made from 100% recycled tissue and is not only environmentally friendly but an affordable option to White. Natural is available in stock dinner and beverage napkins. Custom printed beverage, dinner or dispenser napkins are also available.
Softeeze™ is the first dispersible guest towel to hit the foodservice market. Softeeze™ guest towels are soft to the touch and easy on the environment. Using Softeeze™ helps to prevent potential plumbing problems associated with clogging caused by the use of non-dispersible guest towels. Ideal for hotels, hospitality, country clubs and restaurants.
A line of 100% recycled placemats provides a clean, individual
dining surface. Hoffmaster recycled placemats are available in
eleven popular colors.
