Guidelines for submitting electonic files:

Include the completed electronic sketch request form and any special instructions.
Applications (Use file extensions for all PC and Mac files. File extensions are noted in parenthesis below)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .tif, .jpg) 300 dpi or higher resolution! No 72 dpi web graphics!
Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps)
File Preparation:
Line art preferred: Created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as Illustrator documents.
Spot Colors: Pantone uncoated spot colors preferred. Maximum of four-color ink colors, which can overprint one another to make additional colors.
Supporting files: Must be sent along with any composite file. Do Not imbed images.
Scanned images: Please send unaltered, high resolution CMYK TIF images. Images should be 300 dpi or higher dpi if image needs to be enlarged.
Halftone, photographic or process images: Will need to be simplified, reworked or converted into line art or may require additional adjustment to prepare them for napkin or placemat printing. Do not flatten layers on Photoshop images.
Media Types (will be returned)

Fonts
Please convert to Outline or Path, if possible.
When sending fonts, include both Printer and Screen parts.
