Order Placement Details

Sketches

Sketches are prepared by Hoffmaster and will be mailed for approval 5 working days after receipt of the artwork request.

Initial Orders

Initial Orders will be completed and shipped 5 weeks after receipt of approved art and Purchase Order from a Hoffmaster Distributor.

Repeat Orders

Repeat Orders will be completed and shipped 4 weeks after receipt of Purchase Order from a Hoffmaster Distributor.
Please Note: All initial (new) or revised designs require receipt of valid purchase order from a Hoffmaster Distributor and approved artwork to process order.
