The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) is an international organization of aviation enthusiasts based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. (Oshkosh is Hoffmaster’s hometown!)  Since its inception it has grown internationally with over 160,000 members and about 1,000 chaptersworldwide.

For one week each summer, EAA members and aviation enthusiasts totaling more than 500,000 from more than 60 countries attend EAA AirVenture at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where they rekindle friendships and celebrate the past, present and future in the world of flight.

"The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration" has it all when it comes to aircraft. Warbirds. Vintage. HomebuiltsUltralights. Some you would normally find in a hangar at your local airport, others so unique they are the only one of its kind.  You name it, there's likely an example of it at Oshkosh.

For many, arriving at Oshkosh is a rite of passage that can only be satisfied by being one of the more than 10,000 aircraft flying in, landing at what becomes the busiest airport in the world.  (Many of these folks pitch a tent under their wings for the week!)

Feeding hundreds of thousands of people visiting our community during EAA is a real boom for Oshkosh!  Area restaurants and onsite food stands are overflowing with hungry customers. And we’ve got just the ticket…

Our Earth Wise Tree Free 100% compostable containers are perfect for serving on-the-go AND for taking leftovers home to the plane (or tent). This product line is uniquely made entirely from quickly renewable and highly sustainable natural resources.  We’re going beyond green!
